In the Matter of the Companies Acts 1862 to 1893 and of the South Hetton Coal Company Limited.

[Registered 1874 and now in Liquidation.]

Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the.above named Company will be held at 39 Lombard-street in the city of London on Friday the 21st day of October 1898 at one o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of having an account showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of laid before such Meeting and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator and also of determining by Extraordinary Resolution the manner in which the books, accounts and documents of the Company and the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of. — Dated this 16th day of September 1898.
