Official Notice

The Wearmouth Coal Company Limited

Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the Members of the Wearmouth Coal Company Limited (Old Company) will be held at the Wearmouth Colliery Offices, Sunderland on Tuesday the 23rd-day of March next at 12.15 P.M.; for the purpose of the Liquidators laying before the Members an account showing the manner in which the winding up of the Company has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of and of giving any explanation which may be required. — Dated this 19th day of February 1897.
