Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the said Company, also duly convened, and held at the same place, on Tuesday, the 22nd December, 1896, the said resolution was duly confirmed:—
"That the Company be wound-up voluntarily under the provisions of the Companies Acts, 1862 to 1890, and that John Bell Simpson, of Bradley Hall, in the county of Durham, be and he is appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding
