At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at the Company's office, Wearmouth Colliery, Sunderland, in the county of Durham, on the 5th day of March, 1896, the following Special Resolutions were
duly passed ; and at a subsequent Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the said Company, also duly convened, and held at the same place on the 25th day of March, 1896, the following Special Resolutions were duly confirmed :—
"That it is desirable to reconstruct the Company, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that William Stobart and John Ephraim Walker be and they are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purpose of such winding
up."
