At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the abovenamed Company, duly convened, and held at the Station Hotel, York, on the 30th day of July, 1891, the following Special Resolution was duly passed ; and at a subsequent Extraordinary General
Meeting of the Members of the said Company, also duly, convened, and held at the Savings Bank, Stockton-on-Tees, on the 14th day of August, 1891, thesaid Special Resolution was duly confirmed :—
"That the Company be wound up voluntarily, under the provisions of the Companies Acts, 1862 and 1867 ; and that Frank Brown, of Stockton-on-Tees, in the county of Durham, Accountant, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes
of such winding up."
